Making Holiday Hunger a Thing of the Past

After our usual supllier was unexpectedly unable to fulfil our large Christmas Hamper order in full, Morrisons rose to the challenge and stepped in at short notice to make sure our families would not go without this Christmas. Despite not having processes in place to deal with the quantities we required, they rallied round and successfully managed to source and supply the food we needed with just 36 hours to go before our distribution deadline.
We are so very grateful to Chrissy, their wonderful Community Champion, and her managers who did so much to make this happen. Within ten minutes of walking into the store and explaining our dilemma, Chrissy and her managers made the decision that they would do all they could to support us and make this happen. Despite it being their busiest time of the year, they once again pulled out all the stops and stepped up to the challenge.
