Fundraising Friends 222 raise a staggering £1500 for Dorchester Family Support

Fundraising Friends 222 are a small group who fundraise throughout the year for local causes. Karen and John were invited to their annual cheque presentation held at the Octagon in Poundbury and were presented with a cheque for £1500.

Karen Weir, Chair of Trustees for Dorchester Family Support, said "We were overwhelmed with the amount of money you have raised for us with only a small group of people!  As a charity we have very few overheads so that money will go directly to the children and will provide at least 50 hampers this summer. Thank you for generously giving up your time to do this on our behalf, it is so appreciated and very much needed."
