Making Holiday Hunger a Thing of the Past

With Christmas done and dusted, and the beginning of 2026 here, we are reflecting on a great few days of sorting, packing and distributing our Christmas Hampers to approximately 250 local families whose children receive free school meals.
We want to thank everyone who helped make this possible.
To everyone who donated and continues to donate, we couldn’t do any of this without you. Thank you all.
Thank you to all our volunteers who came to sort, pack and distribute, including the young and the not quite so young from Help and Kindness.
Thank you to everyone who donated Christmas bags for life; it makes the bags that much more festive. 🎄🛍️
Thank you to The Works who ran a gift drive with their customers who donated hundreds of toys, games, books and craft activities.
